At joans-jewellery.com, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we will credit the purchase price to your account within 30 business days.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The product must not be damaged due to customer error.
- The package must include a tracking code.
- You must notify us of the return.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please provide pictures and a description of the damage. If we confirm that the product arrived damaged, we will refund 100% of the product price.
If you do not notify us within 3 days, we will not be able to process a refund for the damaged product.

Step 2: Ship Your Order
Send the goods along with the return form to the address provided. Ensure the package has a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your package, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 5 business days.
